Special Auxiliary Chemicals

Hydrophobic and Color Additives

Specialty additives formulated to reduce water absorption in concrete, renders, and mortars, thereby enhancing surface resistance to water ingress, while simultaneously being combined with pigments or color stabilizers to impart an aesthetic appearance. Water-repellent components prevent capillary water ingress at the surface, whereas color additives provide durable and homogeneous color distribution.

Surface-Modifying Additives (Smoothness, Gloss)

Additives that improve the flow, leveling, and surface finish of fresh mortars and coating materials, while providing smoothness, gloss, or decorative effects on the final surface. They are typically acrylic-, silicone-, or specialty polymer-based, and enhance both aesthetic quality and durability in topcoat applications.

Special Additives for Enhancing Concrete Performance

Formulated to optimize the mechanical, chemical, and physical performance of concrete, providing improved resistance to freeze–thaw cycles, reduced chloride permeability, enhanced sulfate resistance, and improved adhesion and elastic behavior.

Rheology Modifiers and Water-Retaining Additives

Additives designed to optimize the flowability, cohesion, and water-retention properties of fresh concrete and mortar mixtures. Particularly in shotcrete, self-compacting concrete (SCC), and thin plaster systems, it prevents segregation and water bleeding, ensuring a more stable and homogeneous mixture.
